FSGA Recommended Practice & Protocol is a guardianship guide manual developed by practicing professional guardians, reviewed by FL Bar Attorneys, and follows the FL Probate Code Book Chapter 744 Statutes. An FSGA Trademarked booklet, the Recommended Practice and Protocol is the only one of its kind offered for sale exclusively from FSGA. The RP&P offers guardians the opportunity to gain additional knowledge and offers suggestions on how to approach and fulfill the various requirements mandated by Florida Statutory Regulations. Begun in 2003, and updated in 2012, the FSGA Recommended Practice & Protocol can be a very useful additional resource for both those new to the profession of guardianship as well as a reference document for the experienced guardian. Cost is $15.90 to FSGA members, and $ 26.50 to non-members of the association, including tax.
