Why Join?
FSGA members include professional private guardians, corporate guardians, family guardians, guardian advocates, public guardians, fiduciaries, attorneys, social workers, care managers, government agencies, court staff and others interested in the support and advancement of guardianship services and alternative protective services.
How to Join?
- You may join online or with a mail-in form:
- As an individual, you may choose to join as an Individual Professional Guardian, as an Individual Family or Volunteer Guardian, or as an Affiliated Individual.
- Organizational Membership is intended to allow businesses or other organizations to name two individuals as representatives and to change those representatives during the year as necessary.
- Organizations may have additional representatives beyond their initial two as a discounted price.
- You may choose one or more Chapters to join.
- Select one or more Member Designations to describe what you do. If you choose more than one, there is a $25 charge for each.
- Provide information about your website. There is a $25 charge for your website listing.
- You may use the membership form to make a charitable contribution to the FSGA.
