The session reviews the clear statutory steps and the wide range of differences in investigations. It also describes the differences between OPPG and review by the courts. Some basic review of administrative law and Chapter 120 hearings is also presented. The program concludes with a summary of steps to be considered when you get notice that an investigation has begun.
